7 Day Detox
7 Day Detox – If the idea of losing 24 lbs in 7 days appeals to you, it may be a good idea for you to read a review about 7 Day Detox and see whether it is actually the right product for you.
The aim of our 7 day detox review is to allow you to make an informed choice about which colon cleanser to use.
The 7 Day Detox Review
Before we start though, I’d like to be honest and tell you that I received a review sample of 7 Day Detox and will be compensated for any sales made through my recommendation. However, that doesn’t mean I won’t tell you about some of the problems and negative aspects of each product.
7 Day Detox has an impressive ingredient list (if it’s quantity of ingredients you are after). They can be rather confusing, so we will try and explain them in further detail for your benefit.
Firstly we have to explain that the 7 Day Detox product comes in containers of 84 capsules, which are one week’s supply. This seems like an awful lot of capsules for 7 days, and that is correct, for the single serving of 7 day detox is 6 capsules.
Each 7 Day Detox capsule contains:
(we have grouped the ingredients together in the most basic ways that they are reputed to work)
Potassium Gluconate, Chromium Polynicotinate and Anhydrous Caffeine: All of these have a stimulatory effect on the system, apparently assisting the transfer of nutrients through cell membranes, increasing metabolic rate and stimulating the nervous system.
Fibers in the form of Psyllium Husk, Oat Bran Fiber and Barley Rice Fiber.
Soluble fibers in the form of Apple pectin and Glucomannan.
Anti-gas compounds in Fennel Seed, Ginger Root
Anti-cholesterol and heart and circulation helping agents in the form of Flax Seed Powder, Garlic 100:1, Hawthorn Berries, and Red Clover Leaf
Liver cleansing tonic – Dandelion Root
Gastrointestinal herbal remedies and peristalsis promoters: Buchu Leaves 4:1, Alfalfa and Red Raspberry Leaf
Diuretics: Uva Ursi, Juniper Berries, Parsley, Mint Leaf, Burdock Root
Anti-inflammatory agents and demulcents Goldenseal, Irish Moss and Aloe Vera
Antioxidants include Cranberry, Lemon Peel, Cayenne Pepper, Mangosteen, Pomegranate and Grapefruit Seed
Nervous System, General and Stamina boosters: Sage, Noni and Apple Cider Vinegar
Looking into the small print for the product, we tried to read the returns policy (they say they guarantee your money back if you are not happy). Clicking on the link lead to a file not found message. Not very reassuring, really.
What made us even more wary of the product is the way that it is being marketed: Price wise, the product costs quite a bit – 7 days supply is priced at $49.99 with limited period special offer of $14.99. If you buy 4 bottles of the stuff (in the buy 3 get 1 free) it costs you $44.97 plus S&H apparently at cost.
Now – I thought I was reasonably good at maths is it really cheaper to buy 4 bottles (=4 weeks) than one week’s supply?
Is 7 Day Detox Really The Best Colon Cleanse Available?
If you have a problem swallowing capsules, then 7 Day Detox is definitely not for you. You have to take 6 capsules at a time. The product contains many ingredients which have excellent results, but as Grandma always used to say – you pay your money and you take your choice.
My choice would not be 7 Day Detox. On money alone, Master Cleanse beats it into the ground, and 7 Day Detox does not offer the same support as Master Cleanse Secrets does. Master Cleanse is the best product available.
